Nacahue originates from a Wixarika Myth. 

 

Nacahue comes from the Wixaritari Language. A language spoken by an indigenous group of people from Mexico, particularly from Nayarit, Jalisco, Durango and Zacatecas

 

Nacahue means Goddess of the earth.  A perfect name for a group that is led by mostly women.
